Not only did he make the repair, but he gave me tips on how to get the most life out of the door and setup the opener to stop and start at the right places. I called Integrity Garage Doors because I was having a lot of trouble getting my door to close properly. I asked them to send someone out to determine the problem and estimate the cost.

A technician was there within two business days. He quickly determined the cause of the problem and corrected it in minutes. I felt guilty for dragging him out for such a simple problem (spider webs blocking sensor), so I asked him to perform a standard maintenance, which was well worth the cost.

Now, the door behaves much better and quieter. I was so happy with the job done, I signed up with the yearly maintenance plan. I expect to see them again every year.

Adam at Integrity Garage Doors was referred to me by my home warranty. He promptly came, diagnosed the issue, completed the work and handle his part with getting reimbursed with my home warranty ALL within the same day. Now my garage door is in perfect working order thanks to Adam!

Garage door spring popped last night. I entered an inquiry on their website early this morning, someone from Integrity called around 10:45 AM and it was fixed by 1:00 PM! The technician was very courteous, and fixed a couple other small issues with the setup he discovered while fixing. Great service, reasonably priced.

Our garage door was damaged over the weekend due to an object interference. Integrity was the only company that was available for calls 24/7. My call was answered Sunday afternoon on the second ring. I was pleasantly greeted and scheduled for an appointment the following Monday afternoon.

Two service providers came and quickly diagnosed our problem as a broken garage door spring. They had replacements on their truck so within 1 he we were up and running. The men were knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy their jobs. They advised us on how to maintain the doors and checked out our opener.

They gave me a Veteran discount. Installed the garage door in a few hours. They had a 16'x7' in stock. Friendly people and answered all my questions. Highly recommended!!

I would like to take a few minutes of your time to tell everyone about this wonderful business.. I had some big problems with my garage door openers. Spoke with at least 8 other businesses, The only one that took time to come and see my problem was this business. They told me I needed new openers and sent me a quote that night. They called me to make sure I received the quote. We set a date and time for the install and they call that morning to let me know they would be a little late. When they were working, they found that our springs were very rusted and about to break. They said they could replace the springs the same day for an extra charge. Much cheaper to do while they were here, then to come another time for a service call. Gave us a great price! They worked really well and kept me informed as they where installing the openers. Adam and Ethan were just GREAT!!!! When they finished, they went over everything with us. They called the next day to make sure everything was running perfect. They were a nice workers clean and very professional. So if you need work done on your garage doors you can be sure they will do a professional job.

Integrity came out quickly when we needed a spring replaced on our garage door and couldn't get our car out, even with the emergency pull. Don't be like us and neglect your garage door's maintenance until something finally breaks! :( It's never fun to spend a chunk of money on something unexpected like this. I really appreciated the gentleman who helped us so quickly. He even helped us fix an issue with our keypad and lubricated all of the hinges and rollers for us, for free. He wore a mask when inside our home, which was also appreciated.

These guys are great. Genuinely kind and experts at what they do.
