Our garage door opener broke on Christmas day. I called and left a message. Within the hour, they called back. Offered to come out on Christmas but we said we could wait for the next day. Eden came out and quoted us a price and went to work. He was efficient and friendly and took time to explain the repairs he was making. Even checked out our other opener and found that one needed to be replaced also. And gave us a discount on that repair. We were extremely pleased. Would definitely recommend!

My wife and I were looking for a technician to fix our loose garage door cables and springs that caused our door to malfunction. We called this garage door repair company upon the recommendation of a good friend. The company responded immediately and they sent over a friendly technician to sort our problem with the loose cables and springs. He worked really fast and was able to do everything to bring back the smooth functioning of our garage door. We can't believe how fast they have it done, plus, the service cost was very affordable! To say I am pleased with the service to repair my garage door opener would be an understatement. When he came out to fix the problem he told me the parts were still under warranty. He also advised me what parts were need and how to contact the company.
Today he installed new parts and it works like new. I am very pleased with the honesty, knowledge and promptness of this company and recommended them highly.

Professional and prompt service at a fair price ! Our garage door springs broke on Veteran's Day so when I phoned this company I fully expected to reach a business voicemail. Not only did Integrity Garage Doors answer my phone call but they had a specialist inspecting my issue within 30 minutes. The technician repaired the garage doors to include some maintenance and took the time to teach me how to better care for the door. Just finished up with their tech and boy...he was just great. We had a broken main spring on one of our doors and, while I am extremely handy and mechanical, it seemed a pretty dangerous job to attempt myself, having not done one before. I sent a message through their website to try to set up an appointment and Adam called within 15 minutes. I am an HVAC service tech so a call during the week is hard for me to be home for. We set up for Sunday, but he called back a few minutes later and asked if the tech could come today, Saturday. I said sure. He arrived on time and wanted to explain everything he was doing (which is how I like to be on my service calls so I really appreciated it). He did thorough and competent work and explained a few things I was unaware of. About an hour and one reasonable invoice later, my door is opening and closing normally. Thanks, guys. I would like to take a few minutes of your time to tell everyone about this wonderful business.. I had some big problems with my garage door openers. Spoke with at least 8 other businesses, The only one that took time to come and see my problem was this business. They told me I needed new openers and sent me a quote that night. They called me to make sure I received the quote. We set a date and time for the install and they call that morning to let me know they would be a little late. When they were working, they found that our springs were very rusted and about to break. They said they could replace the springs the same day for an extra charge. Much cheaper to do while they were here, then to come another time for a service call. Gave us a great price! They worked really well and kept me informed as they where installing the openers. Adam and Ethan were just GREAT!!!! When they finished, they went over everything with us. They called the next day to make sure everything was running perfect. They were a nice workers clean and very professional. So if you need work done on your garage doors you can be sure they will do a professional job.

Just had my garage door break down due to the bracket breaking on the garage door. Integrity came when expected and kept in good contact with me. My door was fixed better than expected and in addition a new remote control was fixed for my use as my old one was going bad. I would use Integrity again and also would recommend them to anyone who needs help.
